Return & Exchange Policy

At MzTrends, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.

1. Return Eligibility

• You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, damaged, or broken items caused by customer misuse

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Personal care or hygiene-related products (due to safety reasons)

3. How to Request a Return

• Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

• You may be asked to provide pictures/videos of the product for verification.

4. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, you will be guided through the process.

• Return shipping costs (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund or Exchange

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll either:
  ✔ Send you a replacement
  ✔ Issue a refund (where applicable)

• Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.
