1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to fill in your details and make the payment.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan for most products.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your city and the nature of the product.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use that to track your order on our website or the courier’s site.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in processing or shipped.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
